MASSAGE POLICY

Late arrivals:
Welcome to our salon! We kindly ask all our clients to arrive on time for their appointments to ensure that we can provide the best service possible. Please note that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a £10 fee will be imposed. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, we will have to reschedule your appointment. Thank you for your understanding

Cancellation:

At Senses and Beauty, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. If you cancel after this time, we will charge 50% of the service fee to cover our losses. We understand that emergencies happen, so please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment or 3 hours prior if it was booked on the same day. Any cancellations that do not follow these guidelines will result in a £20 fee added to your next appointment. Thank you for your understanding.

No-shows:

At Senses & Beauty, we kindly remind our clients that a no-show for a pre-booked appointment without prior cancellation will result in a fee worth 25% of the missed service. In case of two or more missed appointments, we reserve the right to deny future bookings. Clients with previous no-shows may be required to make full pre-payment for future appointments. We also reserve the right to forfeit any rewards or points for clients registered with our Reward scheme. Failure to pay for missed appointments may result in declined or cancelled future bookings. This to be at the discretion of Senses & Beauty.


Service guarantee & refunds:

Thank you for choosing our salon for your beauty needs. At Senses & Beauty , we prioritize your satisfaction above all else. We understand that customer satisfaction is of utmost importance, and we strive to provide the best possible service. If for any reason you are not completely contented with our services, please inform us during your treatment or within 24 hours after it has been performed. We are committed to making any necessary corrections and, if the fault was on our side, to offer you a refund.

Please note that services received cannot be refunded, but we are happy to make adjustments within three days of your appointment. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we invite you to return to the salon and rescheduling the treatment at no additional charge. Refunds for products purchased will only be considered if presented within seven days of purchase, and the product must be unused and in its original packaging. A receipt is necessary for all product refunds. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you again.

Health History and Illness:
When it comes to your comfort and safety, we take things seriously. If you have any allergies, physical issues or disabilities, or if you're pregnant, please let our specialists know. We want to make sure you have the best experience possible. if you experience any discomfort or symptoms during your treatment, please don't hesitate to alert your service provider right away.

Right to refuse service​:

At our salon, we prioritize the safety and comfort of our staff and clients. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is behaving improperly, is intoxicated, or whose state of health may affect the outcome of the service. We thank you for your understanding.

 

Gift vouchers:

Thank you for choosing Senses & Beauty.
Please note that our vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Kindly redeem your voucher within 12 months from the date of purchase; Vouchers can only be used once.
We regret to inform you that lost or void vouchers cannot be reissued or reimbursed.

Senses & Beauty will not be liable to you for any loss and/or damages of any kind suffered in connection with:

  • Your purchase, redemption and/or use of any Voucher; ​

  • Your inability to use any Voucher due to lost or forgotten or void or as a result of your giving the wrong contact information; or 

  • The use of any Voucher by any person(s) not authorised or approved by you.

At Senses & Beauty, we offer a variety of promotional treatments that are designed to help you relax and rejuvenate. Please note that all promotions are subject to our discretion and may be modified or removed without prior notice.
